This New Year may be the perfect season to (finally) learn yoga. If you want to start practicing, and you don't know how to start, join us for this four-week Zoom series. You will learn everything you need to know to embark on a lifelong practice that will:

We’ll start by gathering in a circle to set intentions for the practice. Then we’ll build a strong meditative flow. As we gain momentum, you’ll have the remarkable experience of becoming fully absorbed in your breath while carried by the group energy. This powerful experience will leave you feeling more focused, more resilient, more loving, and ready to embrace the day!
